When does the return warranty start?Updated 2 months ago

The validity of the 14 day return warranty starts the day you receive the order according to the courier’s delivery date. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you must first contact eye-oo for authorization and for instructions for returning the item(s) either through our Return Portal or via e-mail.

eye-oo reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy.
