In-stock items (from our own warehouse): 
Shipped within 2–3 working days after order completion. 

Items sourced from the manufacturer: 
Handling time may take up to 10 working days. You’ll be notified if this applies. 

Pre-order items: 

• Fulfillment time is longer 
• Estimated shipping date is shown on the product page at the time of purchase
• You’ll be notified by email if the date changes 
• Shipped as soon as the item becomes available

Sales, promotions & holidays: Processing may take longer during these peak periods.
